Emerging Real Estate was established in 2004 by directors Tim Morgan and Robert Medd.

The company’s sole aim is to offer first class and secure property investment opportunities to our clients - be they purely investment or as a second home purchase.

As a business, we pride ourselves on being experts on the countries and properties that we market. We never take anything for granted and we conduct thorough due diligence on every property we sell. We believe in relationships and we appreciate that investing via Emerging Real Estate needs to be based on trust, so we have regular meetings and site visits with all our developers to ensure that our clients' requirements and expectations are fulfilled. These beliefs and standards are at the very centre of everything we do.
