Helios Beach Apartments are located close to the southern beach of Pomorie, 8 km from Bourgas international airport. The apartments have been designed around a central inner court with beautiful landscaped gardens and a swimming pool.

The site is right next to the sandy beach and the sea - in fact the sea is less than 10 metres away from the development. The apartments are arranged in three buildings designed by distinguished Bulgarian architect, Lubomir Semerdijev on a plot of 9,165 square metres of land and it is only a short walk on the promenade to the centre of the picturesque town.

About Pomorie

Pomorie is one of the most stunning towns on the Black Sea Coast and it is situated on a peninsula which extends 5 kms into the sea. The fine, sandy Blue Flag beaches and warm, shallow sea make Pomorie a safe, family resort. The shore line covers an area of 18,700 square metres; it is 4,200 metres long and the bay is suitable for sailing and other water activities.

Pomorie is conveniently located 18km north of Bourgas and roughly the same distance south of Nessebar and Bourgas airport is only 8km away, from where there is a regular bus service.

Pomorie is famous for the healing properties of its mud and there is a health centre on the banks of Pomorie Lake which attracts Bulgarian and foreign tourists. The curative features of the lake's mud were discovered in the 3rd century BC and the first mud-cure establishment was built in 1902. The other local industries are wine growing and wine production, salt production and fishing.

There are plenty of restaurants to choose from here with the most famous being the Tsarevets and Peneka. Exciting nightlife - bars, taverns with folklore shows, casinos and night clubs. Two golf course are planned within 10 kms of Pomorie.

Pomorie has a spa which is situated on the banks of the Pomorie Lake which offers world famous mud treatments. The curative power of the mud which treats bone and muscular disorders, rheumatism, sciatica and lumbago was first discovered in the third century BC.
