Maintenance fee
Marina Fort Beach apartment owners also pay a one-year fee*, which covers:
- Maintenance of the territory of the complex
- Maintenance of the common parts of the buildings
- Maintenance of the swimming pools
- Maintenance of the green area of the complex
- Year round security
- Using of the swimming pools
- Electric lighting of the common territories
- Electric lighting of the common parts of the building
*The fee is €5.70 Euro per square metre per year + VAT 20% with the following discounts:
- €4,75 Euro per square metre for each apartment a year + VAT 20% - for advance payment for three years.
- €4,00 Euro per square metre for each apartment a year + VAT 20% - for advance payment for five years.
For an additional payment the following services can be provided: cleaning of the apartments all year round, repairs to the apartments, payment of the running accounts for the apartment taxes, electricity, water etc., rent-a-car, furnishing of the apartments, cable TV and/or telephone.

10% deposit (less reservation fee) within 3 weeks
15% Completion of the roof September/October 2005
45% Completion of the development June 06
30% Interest free until June 07
Construction schedule
March 2005 - Construction begins
Sept/Oct. 2005 - Rough construction completed
June 2006 - Completion of building
