The fee can be reduced as follows:

  • €5.75 per square metre for each apartment a year + VAT 20% – for advance payment for three years
  • €4.85 per square metre for each apartment a year + VAT 20% – for advance payment for five years

 

For an additional payment the following services can be provided: cleaning of the apartments all year round, repairs to the apartments, payment of the running accounts for the apartment taxes, electricity, water etc., rent-a-car, furnishing of the apartments, cable TV and/or telephone.

 

Payment plan

Reservation fee to secure the apartment of £750 or €1,000

20% on signing contract

20% is due at finishing of the roofing works

40% is due at completion - Apartment available for use

20% of the price is due up to one year from the readiness of the
building without interest

The legal services for transferring the deeds are paid by the developer
