Aheloy Beach Residence is a frontline four star development located close to the charming sea town of Aheloy, west of Nessebar and east of Sunset Resort, Pomorie. Location
The site is adjacent to the main road from Bourgas to Nessebar - 27 km from the city of Bourgas and only 7 km from the world heritage site of Nessebar and the vibrant summer destination of Sunny Beach. Bourgas international airport is just 24 kilometers away. A private access road over the river will link the resort to the town of Aheloy.
The Development
There are three Phases in this Development. Emerging Real Estate is currently selling Phase 2.
Phase 2 is named ‘Royal’. This extensive phase includes a number of apartment buildings focused around a central open recreational space with large pool areas and a series of villas of various sizes, which follow both the contour of the River Aheloy and the sea front. Some of the commercial units, bars and restaurants will be facing the river.
Phase 1 consists of three main buildings; Maple Court, Maple Park & Maple Place and it is virtually sold out.
Phase 3 is named ‘Hazel’. It is situated at the entrance of the resort along the main access road. This phase consists of apartments and a series of commercial units. It will also contain a large pool complex.
