Guaranteed Rental Return

For the first 2 years of ownership we are offering a 5% per annum guaranteed rental return on all properties with 2 or more bedrooms. If purchasers opt out of this scheme we will offer a discount of 7% from the purchase price.

This offer is not available to purchasers who require finance.

Utility Services

Property tax is payable annually, approximately 1ytl per sq meter.

Purchase Process:

Select desired apartment

  1. Secure your chosen property with a £1000 reservation fee*
  2. Instruct Lawyer (We do not endorse any specific lawyers, but can provide a list of lawyers previously used by our clients)
  3. Lawyer conducts searches and reviews Contracts of Sale
  4. Contract to be signed and Exchanged within 30 days of the reservation date. (subject to our terms and conditions)
  5. Funds as per payment plan payable on Exchange of Contracts

Estimated Purchase Costs & Taxes

0.5% Stamp Duty, calculated against the sale value if paid within one month of the date of the sale contract. After this time the rate increases to 1.5%.

6% Transfer Tax, however every person has a once in a lifetime option to reduce this to 3%. Once this option has been used transfer fees on all future purchasers by that person will be 6%. Payable on the transfer of title.

5% VAT payable on possession
