Introduction

The fee can be reduced as follows:

  • €5.75 per square metre for each apartment a year + VAT 20% - for advance payment for three years
  • €4.85 per square metre for each apartment a year + VAT 20% - for advance payment for five years

For an additional payment the following services can be provided: cleaning of the apartments all year round, repairs to the apartments, payment of the running accounts for the apartment taxes, electricity, water etc., rent-a-car, furnishing of the apartments, cable TV and/or telephone.
