Payment Plan
Option 1
- Reservation fee
- 30% within 15 days from receipt contract
- 20% within 6 months of 1st deposit
- (Qualifies for free legal services and air-conditioning)
Option 2
- Reservation fee
- 20% within 15 days from receipt of contract
- 20% within 6 months of 1st deposit due
- 20% within 12 months of 1st deposit due
- (Qualifies for free legal services, air-conditioning and furniture pack)
Option 3a - ONLY TYPE A & TYPE D APARTMENTS
- Reservation fee
- 20% within 15 days from receipt of contract
- 20% within 6 months of 1st deposit due
- 20% within 12 months of 1st deposit due
- 20% within 18 months of 1st deposit due
- (Qualifies for free legal services, air-conditioning, furniture pack along with the final payment written off i.e. 20% less reservation free paid)
Option 3b - ONLY APARTMENTS EXLUDING TYPE A & TYPE D
- Reservation fee
- 25% within 15 days from receipt of contract
- 20% within 6 months of 1st deposit due
- 20% within 12 months of 1st deposit due
- 20% within 18 months of 1st deposit due
- (Qualifies for free legal services, air-conditioning, furniture pack along with the final payment written off i.e. 15% less reservation free paid)
