The Brazilian Government is currently improving the infrastructure further in these North Eastern areas to maximise the tourist opportunities, with eight regional airports being updated in preparation for the increased number of tourists expected in the coming years. The roads in the region are being resurfaced and the world’s fourth largest airport will open in San Gonzalvo. Natal’s Augusto Severo Airport already sees direct flights from European cities as word spreads about the beauty of this destination.

Now is clearly the right time to invest in Brazil – a country which is economically stable and growing. A low cost of living is enjoyed here and Natal is seen as an excellent location for retirement, lifestyle or investment properties – the beachfront properties offer any investor an outstanding rental return opportunity and prices are still very reasonable. The current exchange rates are also appealing and the Government is committed to encouraging development and investment in Brazil, with foreigners able to own 100% of their land or property investments.
